Jeff Botti is a seasoned veteran of life and the news business. He has a journalism degree, which launched him a career with several daily newspapers and, later, in corporate communications for several large organizations. He and his wife have two grown sons who make them proud, despite having provided their parents many opportunities to "grow" personally during the kids' formative years.

Jeff is a fan of the Cleveland Indians and Ohio State football. He and his wife are coffee connoisseurs and are being trained by a 15-pound dog named Beanie, in honor of two of their favorite things: coffee (beans) and Beanie Wells, a former Ohio State football player who now plays in the NFL.
